Clinical Safety Register

The DCB0160 register your practice is supposed to have.

Every digital tool you deploy — the AI scribe, the recall system, the online consultation platform — brings a clinical safety duty with it. DCB0129 is the standard the manufacturer works to; DCB0160 is the standard you work to, and most practices have no register for it at all.

One subscription unlocks all 6 subscription tools for everyone at your practice. Cancel any time.

Try it before you subscribe — free, no account needed

Read the overview to see exactly what the register holds and what it deliberately does not do — it records your practice's clinical safety judgement, it does not make it.

What you walk away with

  • A DCB0160 record you can hand to an ICB or an inspector.
  • Supplier evidence actually reviewed against your deployment, not just filed.
  • No residual risk carried indefinitely without a named person accepting it.

How it works

One record per system

Supplier assurance, a 15-item local assessment, the hazard log, the safety-case documents, the decision to deploy, and everything that happens after go-live — in one place, per system.

A proper hazard log

Scored on the NHS five-by-five matrix before and after controls, so the safety case can show the controls did something. Residual risks needing explicit acceptance are flagged, not buried.

Draft documents from your own record

Clinical Risk Management Plan, hazard log, safety case report and a staff briefing, generated as editable Word files for your Clinical Safety Officer to finish and sign.

It stays alive after go-live

Incidents, actions and a periodic review that turns every "no" into a follow-up action, over an append-only audit trail of who changed what.

The same subscription also unlocks

No add-ons and no per-seat pricing — the plans below include every one of them.

Plans that include Clinical Safety Register

Subscriptions aren't a profit line — they help cover the cost of running the platform and the ongoing work of curating, cleaning and refreshing the NHS datasets that power every tool.
