Claude & ChatGPT

Ask your practice data anything

Connect Claude or ChatGPT directly to your Haresign Consulting account and ask about your practice in plain English — list size, funding, appointments, workforce, patient experience and more. The assistant pulls live figures straight from your dashboards, so you get answers in seconds without opening a single tool.

What you can ask about

Every dashboard, available conversationally — scoped to the practices you already manage.

Nationwide practice search & comparison

Search any GP practice in England and compare public metrics — you don't need to be registered to a practice to see its published data.

Registered patients & demographics

Your list size, age/sex profile and how it's changing over time.

Appointments & access

Monthly appointment volumes, DNA rates and GP vs other-staff mix (GPAD).

Online consultations

eConsult/online submission volumes and the clinical/admin split.

Cloud telephony

Inbound, answered, abandoned and callback call volumes from your phone system.

Workforce

GP, nurse, direct-patient-care and admin FTE, and patients per GP.

Patient experience (GPPS)

Headline GP Patient Survey scores versus the national picture.

Disease prevalence

QOF recorded prevalence for each clinical condition on your register.

QOF achievement

Achievement by clinical area for the latest QOF year.

Funding & payments

Total payments and £-per-weighted-patient versus your PCN, ICB, region and England.

Practice overview

A single cross-dataset summary — the headline numbers from every area at once.

Beta tiers & future pricing

A preview of the planned tiers. Pricing is indicative only — no payments are taken during the beta.

Any future pricing isn't a profit line — it only helps cover the cost of running the server and the ongoing work of curating, cleaning and refreshing the NHS datasets that power every answer.

Try asking…

A few examples — your assistant figures out which data it needs.

Find the practice 'Riverside Surgery' and show its list size and DNA rate.
Compare patients-per-GP across these three ODS codes.
What's the national median DNA rate, and where does my practice sit?
How many patients are registered at my practice, and how is that trending?
What's my DNA rate this month and how does it compare to my PCN?
How much funding do we receive per weighted patient versus the England average?
What's the diabetes and hypertension prevalence on my list?
How many GP FTE do we have, and what's our patients-per-GP ratio?
Give me a one-paragraph overview of how my practice is performing.

How it works

Two minutes to set up. No spreadsheets, no copying data around.

1

Create a connection

Sign in and open your AI Connections page to set one up. Claude and ChatGPT use a secure sign-in & approval step — no keys to copy.

2

Add it to your assistant

In Claude or ChatGPT, add a custom connector and paste your Haresign endpoint:
https://haresign.net/mcp/

3

Just ask

Approve access and start asking. The assistant only ever sees data for practices you already have access to.

Read-only and private. Connections can only read your data — never change it — and are strictly limited to the practices on your account. You can revoke any connection instantly from your AI Connections page. No patient-identifiable data is ever exposed; only aggregate figures.
