About the Three List Size Types
Registered
The raw headcount of patients registered with the practice. Used as the basis for Enhanced Access planning (60 mins per 1,000 per week).
Weighted
The registered list adjusted for age, sex, and deprivation — reflecting the relative workload and resource need of the practice population. Used to calculate ARRS allocations.
Adjusted
The list size used for core PCN funding calculations. It applies a Carr-Hill formula adjustment and is typically slightly different from the weighted figure.
