How We Work Together

Monthly Retainer

Regular, structured support on a fixed monthly basis. Ideal for practices without dedicated management capacity, or where the manager needs an experienced partner alongside them.

Includes: Monthly strategy sessions, ongoing advice between sessions, quarterly performance reviews, and priority response for urgent issues.

Project-Based

A defined scope with clear deliverables and a fixed timeline. Ideal for digital transformation programmes, access redesign, merger support, or a specific improvement initiative.

Includes: Deliverables agreed upfront, regular progress check-ins, a final report and handover, and optional ongoing support at project end.

Day Rate

Flexible support for specific sessions, workshops, or one-off pieces of work. No minimum commitment — ideal for extra capacity without a longer engagement.

Includes: Half-day or full-day sessions, virtual or onsite delivery. Most clients start here before moving to a longer arrangement.
