How it works

Fill in the form and upload your file. We accept PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV, and OpenDocument files up to 20 MB. We check the file type automatically — executables and other non-document files are rejected.

Your document appears in the public Document Library immediately. Anyone visiting the library can search for it, view the details, and download it directly. No account is needed to download.

You receive two links. A shareable link you can send to colleagues, and a private edit link that only you hold. The edit link lets you update the title, description, category, replace the file, or permanently delete the document at any time.

Save your edit link — we cannot send it again. There are no accounts or passwords. The edit link is the only way to manage your document after upload. Keep it in an email or a safe place.
Your privacy
Your name will always appear on the public listing so peers know who shared the document. Your email address is stored but only shown publicly if you tick the box — leave it unticked to keep it visible to site admins only.

Removing your document
Use the private edit link you receive after upload to edit details, replace the file, or delete the document entirely at any time.
