I spent 15 years in retail management before moving into NHS primary care — and that background in operational compliance, multi-site management, and driving performance under pressure shapes how I work to this day. When I made the transition into general practice, I brought a different set of instincts with me: one that looks for systems before blaming people, and builds for sustainability rather than quick fixes.
Over the past decade I've worked my way through primary care management, and today I'm a Strategic Business Manager across five GP practices and the Digital Transformation Lead for a PCN. Haresign Consulting is the business I run alongside those roles — bringing the same practical, data-led approach to practices beyond my own patch. I'm an IGPM Accredited Member with a particular focus on digital systems, data, and the intersection between technology and clinical workflow.
